Updates to your production systems can now be scheduled with our support team if you have a valid support agreement and are on the latest version of our prior release. To continue to offer the exceptional level of service, IBM is deploying new data center locations that employ the latest security, redundancy, and backbone connectivity with multiple fiber interconnections. As a result some of our hosted customers will be migrated over to the new data center and deployed on newer and more powerful servers.

Beta release will involve our first few tests at real world production scale load. We have been working hard over the last few months to put together this release and are happy to preview some of our changes. [SA-0006] - log4j vulnerability is a non-issue for Sippy Software

Dear valued Sippy Customer, A recent exploit listed as CVE-2021-44228 was made public less than a week ago from the date of this topic. This exploit impacts Apache Log4j versions 2.0-beta9 to 2.1.4.1. This security vulnerability has some serious implications because it is easy to trigger and can be used to perform remote code execution in vulnerable systems allowing an attacker to gain full control of them. This utility is also very commonly used in a wide range of applications and of great concern to system administrators.

End of Support - Sippy Softswitch v5.1

Hello Everyone! As we release new features and functionality to our Softswitch platform our ability to make improvements to older versions or fix ongoing issues becomes limited. Sippy Software maintains active support for 3 of the latest production versions of the software to cope with the limitations. At this time we will be moving Sippy Softswitch v5.1 to End of Support (EOS), and Sippy Softswitch v5.0 to End of Life (EOL).
