What to expect in Sippy Softswitch 5.1 The release of Sippy Softswitch will improve the experience of our Customers and Partners. Over the last few months we have collected a number of suggestions by our Customers to improve accessibility, functionality, configurations, and performance. We have worked hard over the past few months to bring to these ideas to fruition in our product. We have also addressed a number of concerns with the initial release of 5.
STH module is now fully deprecated with the 5.X Releases. The STH module is now fully deprecated in our 5.0 Releases and beyond. The STH module was initially developed to meet regulatory reporting requirements from the Turkish Government. The STH module was no longer being actively developed after our 4.3 release infavour of the TIB module. The new TIB module fully meets with current Turkish Regulatory requirements. Customers That require the TIB module will need to contact sales@sippysoft.
Hello Everyone! We wanted to get a quick announcement note to let our customers about some upcoming changes we have lined up in store for our customers. Earlier this year we launched our brand new 5.0 platform and it’s adoption rate has been great. In this release we added a number of new features including a new balances daemon, updates to our Test Dial Plan and Routing groups in addition to a large range of other features and improvements.
End Of Support - Sippy Softswitch 4.4 In September of 2015 Sippy Software released Sippy Softswitch version 4.4. Since then a number of our customers have already moved forward with either our 4.5 and 5.0 release versions. Starting February 1st, 2018 Sippy software will no longer be offering active support or critical updates for our 4.4 version of our software. It is very important that customers make arrangements to upgrade the version of their softswitch to an actively supported version.

In March of 2015 Sippy Software released Sippy Softswitch version 4.3. After 2.5 years of reliable service and subsequent releases we will no longer offer active support or security updates for the version 4.3 starting September 1st 2017. It is very important that customers make arrangements to upgrade the version of their softswitch to an actively supported version. Customers who move to version 4.5 or 5.0 will see a number of benefits ranging from improved security, processing efficiencies, reporting, and a number of other improvements made in the past 2.
Sippy’s release notes are a summarized guide to help existing and prospective customers understand what is new and improved in the Sippy Softswitch product. Summary More APIs This release includes many new web API methods, continuing on our mission to to give Operators a switch that is 100% programmable. Improved performance Great effort has been put into improving switch performance. We have observed improved performance numbers on this new release, exceeding 11,000 concurrent calls with Call Per Second rates north of 500.

SIP Logs separated by Environment Audience: dedicated operators (technical) Each Environment maintains its own sip.
